Mizaan is a solo software consultancy operated by an individual. For any privacy-related inquiries, contact us at hello@mizaan.io.

2. Data We Collect

  • Contact form submissions — name, email address, selected service, and project description. Submitted voluntarily when you fill out our contact form.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics — anonymous, aggregate page view data including referrer, device type, and browser. No cookies are used. No individual visitors are tracked.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot verification token used to protect our contact form from spam. No personal data is collected by Turnstile beyond what is necessary for verification.

We do not store IP addresses in our database.

3. Purpose of Processing

  • Responding to your inquiries submitted through the contact form
  • Understanding aggregate site traffic and usage patterns
  • Protecting the contact form from automated spam

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

  • Consent — by submitting the contact form, you consent to us processing your name, email, and project details to respond to your inquiry.
  • Legitimate interest — anonymous analytics help us improve the site. Bot protection keeps our form functional.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained until you request deletion. Cloudflare Web Analytics data is retained according to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Request rectification of inaccurate data

8. Third-Party Services

  • Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, Web Analytics, and Turnstile bot protection. Privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts — web font delivery (Plus Jakarta Sans). Privacy policy.
  • Telegram — we receive submission notifications (name, email, service, and a description preview) via a private Telegram bot. No data is shared publicly.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed by our third-party providers (Cloudflare, Google, Telegram) in the United States and other jurisdictions. These providers maintain appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

10. Security

We protect your data through:

  • HTTPS encryption on all connections
  • Access-controlled API for submission data
  • No unnecessary data collection
  • No IP address storage

11. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly functional cookies necessary for security and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless.

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
